How do I join Inmersol’s community?

Do I have to pay to join?
No. Membership is free. What are you waiting for?
Why do you collect personal information?
Your personal information is used in one of two ways. First is to know when and how to pay you. We need your information in order to send you money. Secondly, some basic personal information is collected about a few different topics to pre-qualify you for different surveys.
How is my privacy protected?
Inmersol is committed to protecting your privacy. We never sell your information to anyone. The information you provide us is confidential and we abide by our strict privacy policy. Please click here to read our privacy policy.
How do I cancel my membership?
We value your opinion and enjoy your participation in the Inmersol community. We would be sad to see you go but if you chose to cancel your membership, you can log into your member’s home page and chose the cancel membership option.
Am I rewarded for my time?
Of course! Depending on the length of the survey, you will be rewarded in a variety of ways. Shorter surveys will be rewarded with drawings for cash and other prizes. Longer surveys will be rewarded with drawings for cash and other prizes, as well as a set monetary amount given for completing the survey.
How do I receive my pay for the surveys?
We send money for surveys completed via MoneyGram. When you’re payment account has reached U.S. $50, you can request the money be sent to you via the member’s home page.
Does it cost me anything to receive my cash?
For every U.S. $50 that is sent to you, $2.00 will be deducted for transfer fees. For example, if your account has U.S. $100 and you request the money, your fee will be U.S. $4.00 to transfer your money.
I'm not receiving survey invitations. Why is that?
Normally you will receive at least 2 survey invitations monthly. If you have not been invited to complete any surveys in the past two months, please log into your account and verify that your email address is correct.
If your email is correct, please make sure you have filled out the personal profile survey. We use the information in this short survey to help pre-qualify you and select you to take part in our studies.
Also please check your email setting to make sure our emails are not being caught in your spam mailbox.
What kind of computer do I need?
Almost any computer system will work to take our surveys. We do however use advanced programming techniques on our website. These techniques work just fine with Internet Explorer version 7 or higher, as well as with Firefox and Safari. Please make sure you have an updated version of Internet Explorer on your system.
Also, in order to take part in online focus groups, a high speed internet connection with web cam is required.
